Sub-Processors
VEMLogic uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver its services. This list is maintained in accordance with our data processing commitments.

| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS management, DDoS protection, and CDN |
Data Processing Commitments
- 1.All sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only as necessary to provide their services to VEMLogic.
- 2.Financial data sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google) is processed via stateless API calls and is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
- 3.Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). VEMLogic never stores or has access to card numbers.
- 4.VEMLogic will provide 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor that handles personal data.
